Each page covers one day on the water. Across the top: the date, the location and your time in and out, then four tackle setups — rod, reel, line, leader and lure or bait — so you can note what each rod was rigged with.
The main table has a row for every catch: the time, species, length, weight, bait or lure, tide and depth, and a note. Below it are two blocks of general details for the day: the weather, water temperature, water clarity, tidal phase, moon phase, structure and coordinates, with the common answers printed so you only have to circle one. Print as many pages as the season needs.
